Funded Nursery Education
Children are eligible for six terms of free nursery education from the term following their third birthday.
From September 2010 each child is entitled to up to 15 hours per week of free nursery education for 38 weeks per year. The dates determining eligibility of a child for free sessions are set down by the Government. They are:

1st September (or from the start of the Autumn term following their 3rd birthday) |
| 1st September and 31st December |
1st January (or from the start of the Srping term following their 3rd birthday) |
| 1st January and 31st March |
1st April (or from the start of the Summer term following their 3rd birthday) |
Funding entitlement is processed via the nursery
Parents can save money by taking advantage of Childcare Vouchers.
Parents can save money by taking advantage of Tax Credits.
