Head Office Support

Our Head Office is based in the grounds of Cookham Dean Nursery. A support system at Head Office allows the Nursery Manager to solely concentrate on caring for your child and the smooth running of the nursery.

Our Head Office is open from 8.30am-5.30pm, however please leave a message if you cannot get through and we will call you back as soon as someone is available. We can be contacted on (01628) 476153 or email us at enquiries@countrysidenurseries.co.uk

Our day-to-day team consists of:-

Ingrid - Director of Childcare. Ingrid is a qualified Nursery Practitioner who has worked in Childcare and Education since 1988 and has worked for Countryside Nurseries since 1996. Ingrid ensures that our own high standards and those of OFSTED are met and that policies are implemented and EYFS followed, in addition to overseeing ongoing staff evaluation and training.

Ingrid has a Foundation degree in Early Years of Education as well as an Adult Education Teachers Certificate and she has just completed a BA Honours in Childrens' Development & Learning, gaining a 1st class pass.

Benita - Office Manager. Benita deals with calculation of fees, Early Education Funding, OFSTED, plus the mountain of paperwork involved in operating nurseries.

Lesley - Finance Manager. Lesley deals with receipt of fees, childcare vouchers, budgets, payroll etc.

Ros - Admin Assistant. Personnel and general admin support.

Anna - Marketing and Business Development.

Andrew - Operations Manager

Steve - Maintenance
